Mira Wood B. 2000, London is a sculptor based in Stockholm, Sweden. She is currently taking her Bachelor’s degree in Ceramic & Glass Art at Konstfack (Stockholm). Primarily working with abstract sculpture, installations, text, and sound, her work is based in symbolism and juxtapositions (such as weapons e.g, hammers, kitchen knives, in glass). Mira aims to bridge the gap between life and death; language and silence, mythology and the world we live in today. Her work consists of an in-depth scrutiny of grief and mourning.
